Users must agree with these terms and conditions. After registration they agree to be held responsible for breaking them. |

None of the contents that are shared can be in conflict with the laws of the Czech Republic. Every user is to be held responsible for the content he shares individually. |

We are not to be held responsible for damages occured by using of WEBBER.cz Web Tools services. |

User cannot abuse WEBBER.cz Web Tools services for damage caused in their computer's system. User cannot remove advertisements without the agreement of the provider. For breaking that, we may disable access to our system and inflict a penalty. |

Registration and leading of user account |
| 2.1 |
User guarantees all of his data that is set during the WEBBER.cz Web Tools registration is correct. |
| 2.2 |
Providing a valid e-mail address is required for activation of services. E-mail will be sent to the provided e-mail address. With registering, user agrees to receive messages about new services and general information about WEBBER.cz Web Tools. |

User can't tranch on others's accounts, and can't try to take a password of the another user. |
| 2.4 |
Registration information is used solely for internal purposes and under no circumstances will be given to any third party. |
| 2.5 |
Operators of WEBBER.cz Web Tools are reserving the right to delete any user's account with notification and reasoning. |
| 2.6 |
Every user is expected to sign-in once in every four months. If this is not done, the user's account will be automatically deleted. User will be informed beforehand. |

Final provisions |

Every registred user has the right to refuse rules and conditions and delete their account (in the user section). |
